Using a reference... Klimt inspired

I have a sweet little book with MotherDaughterLove images and poems.  And this was one of them.
To help keep me inspired and engaged for June, Jackie and I decided to do double or triple faces on our TeaBags.

I loved this piece.  I know it's my interpretation of Klimt but I'm in love with it.
I know I'm going to adore June already.

Gentle tenderness...

There is such a tenderness here.
Which I just love.  I filmed myself painting this.
But only half way - I will share it soon.
Seeing them come forward - is always delightful.

Class is open for registration...

Oh my goodness - I'm sooo excited because today registration opened.
For my Tiny Bags of Love class.

I'm nervous excited and really blown away by the excitement about this class.
It has totally meant the world to me.  I know I now have a beautiful job ahead of me...
of sharing my love for these sweetest Tiny Bags of Love.

And to be honest I can't wait to share this with you!

EvolutionOfATeaBagGirl...

It's quite interesting where it starts to where it ends.
I've always love this process of an EvolutionofaPainting, but this time of a TeaBagGirl.

Each time I do one - it's completely different - I love it!

May is a wrap...

May was tough because in April I got a week behind and I have been lugging that around with me all through May.  I just couldn't catch up.  But I managed to pushed hard to finish May and transition into June.  I am happy to say I'm 100% back on track.

May has some of my favorite TeaBagGirls - I love the richer colors, deeper faces.

Being able to see  my progress from January until now - so encouraging.

Just keep painting...

Almost ready to hand in my next 40 gals.
And about to receive my next framed 40 back.

Seeing this project come together has been such a beautiful journey for me.

Mini workstation for the day...

My little workstation keeps moving around.
I have so much going on that I keep having to move my space.
but this was a happy space.

Just keep painting.
